Class Timetable
All Yoga Classes take place in Ashby de-la Zouch and Blackfordby.
Wear comfy clothes you can move in.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the class.
Mondays - 6.30pm -7.30pm - Hatha Yoga. The Pavilion, Ashby School, Range Road, Ashby de-la Zouch.

Thursdays - 6pm -7pm -Yin Yoga. The Pavilion, Ashby School, Range Road, Ashby de-la Zouch.

Sundays - 9.30am-10.30am - Slow Yoga. Blackfordby Village Hall, Sandtop Lane, Blackfordby, Swadlincote, DE11 8AL
