Welcome to Lisa Bailey – Wellness

A space for real, meaningful well-being—dedicated to supporting others in building healthier, happier lives rooted in kindness, inclusion, integrity, and growth.

Lisa Bailey – Wellness was born out of my own personal well-being journey. Inspired by the transformation I experienced, I’m passionate about walking alongside others on their own path to wellness.

I offer support through three main services designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit:

  • Yoga to help you move, breathe, and feel at home in your body.

  • Life coaching to give you space to pause, reflect, and move forward with clarity.

  • Corporate wellness that brings balance and focus to your teams.

Hello I'm Lisa — life coach, wellness advocate, triathlete, cyclist, yogi, dog mum, and someone who has redefined what well-being truly means through personal and professional experience.

​

Movement and sport have always been part of who I am.  I’ve competed in gymnastics, rowing, cycling, triathlons and women’s rugby, and I’ve always loved the discipline and challenge of endurance sports. Alongside my passion for movement, I built a successful career in corporate HR, progressing to the role of HR Director in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. For a long time, my identity was rooted in performance — both in sport and at work.

But life has a way of reshaping your priorities. The sudden loss of my mum and my own breast cancer diagnosis caused me to reflect deeply and re-evaluate my approach to health, well-being, and success. I realised that well-being is not simply about pushing harder or achieving more — it’s about living in alignment with your values and creating a sustainable, fulfilling life.

Training as a life coach deepened this shift in perspective. It challenged my belief systems, encouraged self-reflection, and helped me recognise that health, happiness, and balance are what truly underpin a meaningful life — not constant striving for perfection or external validation.

Today, I continue to work as a part-time HR Director, which allows me the space to focus more intentionally on the work I feel most passionate about: helping others build healthier, happier lives through Lisa Bailey Well-being. This is a values-led business grounded in kindness, inclusion, integrity, and growth.

Yes, I still love to move — I’m a triathlete, a regular park-runner and I train regularly at a gym. Movement remains a vital part of my well-being, but it’s no longer about chasing perfection; it’s about staying connected to my body and mind in a way that feels positive and sustainable.

I aim to create a grounded, relaxed atmosphere where clients feel supported in discovering and following their own path - both on the mat and in life.

  • Accredited with the British Wheel of Yoga

  • 100-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training (Yoga Alliance) – India

  • PG Certificate in Coaching – Chester University

  • ICF-Certified Life Coach

  • Grief Coaching Training – Barefoot Coaching

  • Group Coaching Training - Barefoot Coaching 

  • Mental Health First Aider

  • YMCA Certified Exercise to Music Instructor

  • BA (Hons) in Business Studies

  • CIPD Level 7 (HR PG Cert)
